Outline:

1. Recap on your school by using the previous Padlet Link- share with a coach from another school and update them on how you went addressing the challenge you identified last session.

2. Working Smarter Matrix: How do we start addressing problems and use preventative approaches with our team members? What are our classroom practices ? Please bring along your examples to develop further or start a fresh if you do not have one. See WIS Working smarter matrix and share Team problem solving worksheet

3. Team meetings and agenda's - how to normalise and generalise the PB4L?

Share ideas to help our team members include PB4L in daily, weekly, monthly and yearly meetings/agendas.
