Welcome to Session two of your cluster team meetings and hope you have all had a chance to meet with your teams and relaunch, induct and inspire your PB4L teams/wider school this year.For all new PB4L team members please refer back to the PB4L site and this blog for our individual cluster. Session 2 Overview
1. Introductions: (10- 15min)
Welcome all new and returning cluster team members - Please share you name, school and why you joined the PB4L team at your school.
2. Review where we got to since last meeting: (20 mins)

3. Tier 1 Essential features - checklist/TIC/Action Plan (15 min)
Break- 5 mins (stretch, emails, bathroom, snacks and catch up)
4. New resource - Team Meeting Minutes
This part of the training really focuses in on the use of the team to problem solve and evaluate -
Team Initiated Problem Solving - (TIPS). I think it would be useful to review this in advance but please remember we are adaptive, innovative to the needs of our school. Marama has create a more applicable document to use to implement TIPS with your team below.
Have a look at the new Team Meeting Minutes tool, we will go through an example of it and practice the use of it.
